Spring Season: $80 - $100
Summer Season: $100 - $120
Fall Season: $90

WEEKEEND AND HOLIDAY rates are higher.
Prices are for double occupancy.
There is an additional charge of $10 per extra adult and $5 per child.
Maximum room capacity is 5 persons.
All facility usage is for registered guests only.

We have a 3 night minimum stay in July and August and holiday weekends.
Efficiency units rent by the week.
Quiet hours are from 11pm - 7am
